On the day of your BBQ Assembly you can expect…
To receive a text message confirmation that our assembly tech is in route to the location.
Upon arrival you can expect our professional & personable assembly tech to conduct a walk through of the project with you the homeowner.
After confirming the details of the assembly with you…our tech will then unpackage and inspect your new purchase for any damage or defects which may prohibit your assembly.
During the appointment you can expect our tech’s to be in shoe covers if working indoors and always maintaining a clean work area.
After Your BBQ, GRILL or SMOKER Assembly Is Completed
After completion of your BBQ Assembly our tech will go over the assembly with you to provide any operational information if required and to ensure you are completely satisfied with the assembly.
Our assembly tech will then gather all of the cardboard and packaging materials and remove them if you have chosen to use our Recycling Service or the tech will place all of the packaging materials in an appropriate location for you to dispose of them.
