👉 Choose a flat, level location where water will not collect.
👉 Ensure you leave enough room in your yard for other family activities.
👉 Measure out the shed dimensions in your yard to visualize the space required.
👉 Account for roof overhangs of both the shed and your home if placing near an outside wall or fence.
👉 Check that you do not require a building permit or permission from your condominium board.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
You are responsible for obtaining all required permits prior to your assembly.
A minimum of 30˝ clearance to fences or other structures will be required to allow assembly/installation of the shed.
We are not responsible for the cost involved in moving or removing your shed if you have selected the wrong location or it is not permitted in your municipality.
The preceding assembly/installation and base prices are determined by the size, type, complexity, materials and time required to safely assemble and install your shed.
